The salary is to 90k.
* 2 to 5 years of IT Support / Service Desk Support.
* Responsible to provide a high level of L1 to L3 Desktop and Helpdesk support services to the user base, both on-site and remote.
* Troubleshoot software and computer peripherals, Active Directory and Group Policy, and Intune experience.
* Provide support for Desktop and Laptop computers, printers and other equipment.
* Support Gmail, MS Office, Office 365, and Avaya phones.
* Any knowledge of Windows Servers or Cloud / AWS, or Application Support is a plus.
* Suggest improvements to the operations.
